On-siteManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Job Summary" then responsibilities etc. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. We have content: Job Summary (could be About the role). Responsibilities section present. Requirements? There's "Experience", "Education", "Desired Traits & Skills", "Physical Requirements", "Language Skills". Could map to Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide. We have Benefits listed. Pay not mentioned. Schedule: shift details given (training schedule, interim schedule, 2B shift start date). So we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use

for headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (from Job Summary). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (maybe combine Experience, Education, Physical Requirements, Language Skills). Qualifications maybe not needed. Skills (Desired Traits & Skills). Benefits (list). Schedule (details). Pay omitted. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include those with content. Let's extract content. Job Summary paragraph: "The WebstaurantStore In Hagerstown, MD is looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to join our team as an Inventory Control Assistant Manager. This is someone who’s ready to dive in, take ownership, and help us build a strong foundation for success in our new facility. In this role, you’ll assist the Inventory Control Manager in the leading the charge over our IC department, overseeing key functions such as cycle counting, managing replenishment, expediting, product placement, and maximizing cubic efficiency, all while holding others accountable to proper inventory practices. You’ll work side by side with leadership across departments and shifts to make sure processes align with SOPs, issues get solved quickly, and operational goals are met with excellence. You’ll also play a critical role in building and developing a high-performing inventory control team. You’ll guide your team to spot discrepancies early, solve problems quickly, and ensure accuracy across the entire site. A sharp eye for detail, time management skills, and ability to lead by example will help create a culture rooted in ownership and continuous improvement." We can put that in

under About the role. Responsibilities: The section "Responsibilities" includes a paragraph then bullet-like list? Actually after "Responsibilities" there is a paragraph: "To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." Then there is "Operational" with bullet-like sentences. Then "People", "Leadership", "LANGUAGE SKILLS:", "Physical Requirements". Those could be part of Responsibilities or separate sections. But we need to follow instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn those into list items. We have multiple sub-sections: Operational, People, Leadership, LANGUAGE SKILLS, Physical Requirements. Could treat each as list items under Responsibilities? But they are categories of duties. Might be better to have Responsibilities section with list items covering all duties. Could also have separate sections for People and Leadership but they are not explicit headings in the posting (they are bold headings). The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those predefined headings. Not create custom headings like "Operational". So we need to map content into those sections. Thus: - About the role: Job Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties (Operational, People, Leadership, Language Skills, Physical Requirements). We'll combine them into a
        with
      • items each describing duty. - Requirements: maybe include Experience, Education, Physical Requirements? But Physical Requirements already used in Responsibilities? Might duplicate. Better to put Experience and Education under Requirements. Physical Requirements could be under Requirements as well. Language Skills maybe under Skills. - Qualifications: maybe not needed if we have Requirements covering. - Skills: Desired Traits & Skills. - Benefits: list. - Schedule: details about shifts. We must avoid duplication. Let's extract each piece. Experience: "Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations leadership. Experience working in a distribution environment preferred." Education: "This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else." Physical Requirements: list of bullet points: "Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day. Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing. Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching. Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs." Language Skills: "We require a business proficiency in the ability to rea, write and communicate in English." (typo: rea? but keep as is.) Desired Traits & Skills: list: "Strong verbal and written communication skills", "Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment", "Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence", "Ability to work in a fast –paced and deadline driven environment upholding defined metrics", "Exhibit analytical thinking and problem solving", "Strong written and oral communication skills", "Passion for supply chain management and process enhancement", "Demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and leadership ability", "Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite" Note some duplicates: verbal/written communication appears twice; we can keep both but maybe combine? We should preserve all substantive info, not remove duplicates unless they are duplicated lines. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines". Duplicated lines meaning exact duplicate lines? There's "Strong verbal and written communication skills" and "Strong written and oral communication skills" similar but not identical. We'll keep both. Benefits list: "Medical", "Vision", "Dental", "PTO", "Paid Maternity Leave", "Paid Parental Leave", "Life Insurance", "Disability", "Dependent Care FSA", "401(k) matching", "Employee Assistance Program", "Wellness Incentives", "Company Discounts", "AT&T & Verizon Discount", "Bonus Opportunities", "Accident Insurance", "Critical Illness Insurance", "Adoption Assistance Available at HQ Locations Only", "On-Site Fitness Centers", "Dog-friendly Offices" Schedule: details: "PLEASE NOTE: The 2B Shift will officially begin on November 1, 2026. Candidates who are hired and onboarded may need to rotate through shifts during the training and transition period: Training: Shift 1C - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, for a minimum of 2 weeks.Interim Schedule: Shift 2A - Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 PM–5:30 AM, until the 2B Shift begins.Beginning November 1, 2026: Associates assigned to 2B will transition to the 2B Shift schedule." We need to put that in Schedule section as prose or list? Probably prose. Now construct HTML. We'll have:
