Inventory Associate (Second Shift)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the seamless end‑to‑end operations of the intake, outtake, and vaulting processes.
• Directly facilitate the receiving, digitization, cataloging, and shipment of all sports cards.
• Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution for vaulting.
• Work directly with internal product and data teams to implement and test new solutions.
• Drive forward the future vision of the Vault experience with the customer support team.
• Engage with multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced operational, B2B, or logistics support environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage effectively, set goals, maintain super‑high attention to detail, and thrive in challenging situations.
• Self‑motivated with a deep affinity for problem solving, constantly challenging the status quo.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and take on hands‑on tasks.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics / Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Bonus: Technical skills in SQL, Excel, and/or data visualization.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of inventory and materials as part of daily operations.
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch to access inventory stored at varying heights.
• Manual handling, inspection, and packaging of inventory with a high degree of care and attention to detail.
• Safe use of ladders, shelving systems, carts, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.

Work Environment

• Warehouse and vault setting, which may include concrete flooring and moderate noise levels.
• Tasks may involve repetitive motions and sustained focus to ensure accuracy and asset protection.
• Adherence to all safety, security, and operational procedures is required at all times.

Schedule

Second Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM. Reliable and consistent attendance is required to support operational continuity; schedule flexibility may be needed during periods of increased volume or demand.

Compensation

$45,000 – $50,000 yearly.
