Inventory Associate
We are seeking an Inventory Associate to join our team at Alt, a company that specializes in the trading-card market and aims to provide real-time pricing at scale. Your role will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our Vault, which is essential for our portfolio management and Exchange platform.
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure the seamless end-to-end operations of the intake, outtake, and vaulting processes
- Directly facilitate the receiving, digitization, cataloging, and shipment of all sports cards
- Develop process and system improvements to continually raise the bar of execution for vaulting
- Drive forward the future vision of the Vault experience with our customer support team
- Engage with multiple levels of internal & external stakeholders
About the Role
Alt is dedicated to unlocking the value of alternative assets, particularly the $5 billion trading-card market. We offer a unique platform where collectors can buy, sell, vault, and finance their cards, supported by industry leaders like Stripe, Coinbase, Seven Seven Six, and professional athletes such as Tom Brady and Giannis Antetokounmpo.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a high-volume and fast-paced operational, B2B or logistics support environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage effectively, set goals, maintain high attention to detail, and enjoy tackling challenging situations
- Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem-solving, always questioning the status quo, and never settling for the way things are done
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in hands-on tasks
- Bonus points for a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics / Manufacturing or a related discipline
- Bonus points for technical skills in SQL, Excel, and/or Data visualization
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a high-volume and fast-paced operational, B2B or logistics support environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage effectively, set goals, super high attention to detail, and enjoys challenging situations
- Self motivated with a deep affinity for problem solving, always challenging the status quo and never settling for how something 'has always been done'
- Always willing to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on
- Physical requirements: Ability to stand and move throughout the facility for extended periods of time during scheduled shifts; frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling inventory and materials; reaching overhead, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching to access inventory stored at varying heights; manual handling, inspecting, and packaging inventory with a high degree of care and attention to detail; safely using ladders, shelving systems, carts, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Work Environment: Conducted in a warehouse and vault environment, which may include concrete flooring & moderate noise levels. Tasks may involve repetitive motions and sustained focus to ensure accuracy and asset protection. Adherence to all safety, security, and operational procedures is required at all times
- Scheduling & Attendance: This is an onsite role based at Alt’s Vault location in Delaware. Reliable and consistent attendance is required to support operational continuity. Schedule flexibility may be required during periods of increased volume or operational demand

- Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
