Inventory Associate (Second Shift)

About the role

We are seeking an Inventory Associate to join our second shift team at Alt. The role focuses on enhancing the Vault operations, ensuring smooth intake, outtake, and vaulting processes. The Vault is a critical component of our portfolio management and Exchange platform, providing a differentiated service to collectors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless end-to-end operations of intake, outtake, and vaulting processes
• Manage receiving, digitization, cataloging, and shipment of all sports cards
• Develop and implement process and system improvements to enhance vaulting efficiency
• Collaborate with internal product and data teams to test and implement new solutions
• Engage with customer support team to shape the future vision of the Vault experience
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in high-volume and fast-paced operational, B2B or logistics support environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage effectively, set goals, maintain high attention to detail, and enjoy tackling challenging situations
• Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem-solving and a willingness to challenge the status quo
• Technical skills in SQL, Excel, and/or data visualization (bonus points)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics / Manufacturing or a related discipline (bonus points)

Pay

$45,000 - $50,000 annually
