About the role

Sunny Sky Products seeks an Inventory Control Associate to lead ingredients and materials control, scanning, SAP daily usage, ERP administration, and production coordination to support efficient manufacturing operations. This role serves as a critical link between Production and ensures material availability and inventory accuracy through Skyscan system and SAP during nightshift.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory integrity through perpetual usage of systems, cycle count execution, inventory reconciliation, and accurate ERP transactions.
  • Optimize system usage performance, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
  • Operate during a 8-hour shift with occasional overtime, Monday - Friday, 5PM - 2:30AM.
  • Occasional weekend availability required due to production needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Skyscan system and SAP preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and inventory management techniques.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Skills

  • Inventory management software proficiency.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay

$17.50 base rate plus $0.50 shift differential.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 5PM - 2:30AM, 8-hour shift with occasional overtime.
