About the role
The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration and optimization of HRIS systems.
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system implementation.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain compliance with HRIS regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation and maintenance.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and database management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday.
- Knowledge of HRIS compliance standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS data analysis and reporting tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
