Key Responsibilities
- SuccessFactors Implementation: Support cross-functional project teams by preparing and validating data for migration, participating in testing cycles, contributing to documentation, and helping develop training materials.
- AskHR Help Desk: Responsible for first response of employee inquiries. Accurately triage, resolve, or route cases to the appropriate HR team members while maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
- Data Management and Quality: Perform data entry, auditing, and routine maintenance, ensuring people data is accurate and complete.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and update process documentation and knowledge-base articles. Generate reports, dashboards, or data extracts to support HR initiatives, internal audits, or leadership requests.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, enhanced system usability, or improved data workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business partners to support projects, ad hoc requests, and day-to-day HRIS activities.

The company has two core businesses, The Machine Clothing segment is the world’s leading producer of custom-designed fabrics and belts essential to production in the paper, nonwovens, and other process industries and Albany Engineered Composites (AEC) is a rapidly growing supplier of highly engineered composite parts for the aerospace industry.

Experience/Education/Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed.
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Strong interest in HRIS and HR technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and eager to learn new systems and processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete assigned work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience with HRIS systems or SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required.
