Responsibilities
- Design, configure and implement reports and dashboards
- Run reports, analyze and manipulate data using advanced skills like lookups, formulas, and visualizations
- Investigate and work with teams to resolve technical issues related to HCM technology and other HR applications
- Understand HR and payroll data findings and give insights to the team leaders
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work with management to implement changes that optimize integration workflows and improve user experience
Requirements
Understanding of HR and payroll data findings and ability to provide insights to the team leaders.
Qualifications
- Class or internship credits from attending college or university
- Professional experience for your resume

Skills
- Advanced skills in report design and configuration
