The ideal candidate will thrive on managing high volumes of internet and phone inquiries, utilizing the CRM system to its full potential, and turning digital interest into confirmed, high-show appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Master the Lead: Manage a high volume of internet and phone inquiries with speed and precision.
  • Follow the Process: Utilize the CRM to its full potential, ensuring no lead is left behind.
  • Build the Value: Provide virtual vehicle presentations, transparent pricing, and expert product knowledge.
  • Set the Stage: Your primary goal is to turn digital interest into confirmed, high-show appointments.

Requirements

  • Automotive Experience: Proven track record in a dealership setting (Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred).
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to communicate effectively via email, text, and video (video walkarounds are a must!)
  • Communication Skills: Persuasive over the phone as you are in person.
  • Discipline: Understands the importance of follow-up.
