Key Responsibilities
- Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and digital messages
- Contact customers via phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
- Follow up with unsold showroom traffic
- Re-engage customers who previously inquired but did not purchase
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Provide professional, helpful communication to every customer
- Work closely with the sales managers to maximize appointment opportunities
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Able to handle a high volume of customer communication
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
