What We're Looking For

BMW of Bridgeport is seeking a full-time Internet Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have a self-starter attitude, an upbeat personality, excellent phone etiquette, and experience working in a BMW dealership or related field. Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and time management skills are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate a strong desire to serve client needs and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and assist clients in a customer-oriented manner
• Introduce clients to the Client Advisor and provide necessary information
• Record and maintain information from each client interaction
• Aid in tracking sales calls, upselling opportunities, and other records
• Support the Sales Department in generating new business and leads through various marketing strategies
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for BMW products and be knowledgeable about their features and benefits
• Manage the lease-end process and schedule client appointments
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
• Perform outbound sales calls and campaigns to generate sales opportunities
• Contact unsold showroom traffic and perform phone follow-up work
• Provide support to service staff and managers as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a BMW dealership
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Administrative support and/or telephone experience
• Sales or other customer support background preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• At least 18-years-old
• Pass a 7-year criminal background check and drug screen
