Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, internet, text and live chat channels
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding vehicles, features and dealership services
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects who are not yet ready to purchase or who miss scheduled appointments
- Accurately document all customer interactions within the CRM system
- Aid in vehicle acquisition efforts by responding to leads from various online platforms
- Build positive relationships with customers while delivering a professional and exceptional experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, call center, hospitality or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Professional, dependable and customer-focused
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and Saturdays
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
