About the role
This position earns a competitive salary of $40,000 - $100,000/year, depending on experience and performance. We provide terrific benefits, including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) with a company match, and paid time off (PTO).
Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email inquiries.
- Receive all inbound sales calls.
- Set appointments with customers.
- Maintain a customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory, and their benefits to the customer.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and follow directions.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
