International SEO Manager, Streaming

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute end-to-end international SEO roadmaps to maximize cross-platform visibility and organic traffic acquisition across global markets.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Localization teams to optimize localized user experiences, hreflang frameworks, and AI Discovery capabilities.
• Conduct multi-market keyword research and competitive performance analyses to identify high-growth opportunities across diverse regional territories.
• Establish scalable global documentation, best practices, and performance tracking models to align regional stakeholders with global strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated SEO experience, with demonstrated expertise leading multi-region and international SEO initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of international site architecture, hreflang implementation, technical SEO, and regional search behavior nuances.
• Proven track record of leveraging tools like Google Search Console, Botify, and Semrush to translate complex datasets into actionable business cases.
• Exceptional cross-functional facilitation and communication skills, with proven success driving alignment across global product, marketing, and engineering teams.
