International Inside Sales Representative- Gypsum

Georgia Pacific Gypsum/Building Products seeks an International Inside Sales Representative to drive profitability in international territories. Key responsibilities include processing orders, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process orders for multiple international accounts
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to position Georgia-Pacific Gypsum as a preferred supplier
- Manage customer order files and delivery plans
- Coordinate multi-modal transportation and engage carriers
- Prepare and transmit international shipping documentation
- Track inventory levels and coordinate inventory allocation
- Manage relationships with customer decision-makers
- Proactively identify and offer value-based alternatives to improve delivery costs or lead times
- Communicate clear, timely status updates and escalation plans to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- 2+ years in customer service, supply chain, account management, or inside sales
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Flexibility to travel up to 10%
Qualifications
- International inside sales/customer service experience
- Freight forwarding experience
- Experience in commercial roofing
- Manufacturing experience – customer service, sales
- Bachelor's degree or higher
Benefits
The role is eligible for a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, with the possibility of variable pay. Anywhere in the US with a flexible schedule of 8am to 5pm EST or CST (Monday to Friday)
