International & Domestic Admissions Student Support Specialist
About the role
This position supports the enrollment of international and domestic undergraduate students through application evaluation, direct communication, and advising.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process student records, applications, and other data for admission to the University.
- Evaluate and post transfer credit for international transfer students and returning study abroad students.
- Enter core courses and other data from applications, correct data, and solve procedural and data entry problems.
- Communicate with applicants and their parents, as well as high school counselors, regarding specific applicant issues.
- Manage files and respond to telephone and email correspondence.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.
- Experience with education systems outside the US.
- Language skills beyond English.
- Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft and Slate.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with education systems outside the US, language skills beyond English, and knowledge/experience with PeopleSoft and Slate.
Skills
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills are required. Proficiency with PeopleSoft and Slate is preferred.

Pay
Salary Range: $17.40 - $19.50 per hour
Schedule
M-F 8am – 5pm
