Internal Service Advisor

About the role

Huntington Beach Chrysler is looking for an Experienced Internal Service Advisor. This is a great opportunity for an Internal-focused, detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to join our excellent service department.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone and in writing
• Valid U.S. Driver's license
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record needed
• Applicants must have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Applicants must be detail-oriented and well organized
• Outstanding customer service skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, and walking

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing repair orders for used car reconditioning
• Dispatching work to each technician
• Writing up cars for lease buyout/Kbb/unwind/demo returns inspections
• Scheduling customer appointments.
• Scheduling customers for sublet repairs.
• Admin for Rapid Recon (adding users, managing vehicles, and making sure it is organized)
• Helping the sales department with any questions they may have.
• Performs other duties as assigned
