Internal Sales Representative

About the role

Western Funding, a dynamic and fast-growing auto finance company, is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to assist its dealer partners throughout North America. The role involves creating and nurturing relationships with dealers to increase the number of funded deals.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with dealerships to increase the number of funded deals.
• Identify and onboard new dealers who will benefit from the program.
• Communicate company products and services to dealers through presentations and follow-ups.
• Train dealers on Western Funding's processes and documentation for quick contract funding.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (preferred).
• One to two years of previous sales experience with a proven track record.
• A High School Diploma is required; a College degree is preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of cold calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technologies.

Benefits

• Pay Plan: First six months guaranteed minimum income of $4,500 per month; months seven to twelve guaranteed minimum income of $3,500 per month; first year income approximately $50,000 annually; target second year income approximately $80,000 to $110,000 annually with no cap on commissions.
