Hiring
- Design and run an efficient hiring process that attracts and converts top candidates
- Translate company priorities into clear hiring plans, job narratives, and candidate-facing materials in close partnership with hiring managers
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by actively sourcing through Paraform and other targeted channels aligned with where top talent congregates
- Lead candidate assessment end to end, focusing on motivation, role alignment, and long-term potential rather than checklist screening
- Run a high-touch candidate experience that balances efficiency with a thoughtful, personal approach
- Own recruiting operations and logistics, including interview coordination and on-site execution
- Continuously evolve hiring workflows, tools, and systems to improve signal quality, speed, and scalability
Project Management
- Lead and execute cross-functional projects across people and business initiatives
- Partner with marketing and operations to plan and run events
- Auxiliary support for the planning and execution of team socials, offsites, dinners, and similar gatherings
- Support the executive operations team in organizing and executing the annual company offsite
