About the role
The At-Home Regional Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing team schedules across multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures effective communication and problem-solving to maintain balanced schedules that meet the needs of both patients and team members. The position supports regional and center leadership to provide timely access to care.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily teammate callouts and schedule adjustments for 15+ locations
- Oversee cross-center coverage processes
- Maintain and update center schedules and daily staffing trackers
- Train and onboard new leaders to regional scheduling processes and tools
- Audit schedules and implement scheduling best practices to meet KPIs
- Inform regional leadership of critical staffing needs and support plans
- Develop tools and training materials to improve scheduling processes
- Identify and participate in creating solutions to enhance regional scheduling
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or operational experience
Pay
$19 - $22 per hour
