About the role

This position focuses on optimizing patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization through effective appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments in an effective manner to optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization
• Review New Member assignment rosters
• Contact new patients by phone to welcome them to the office and schedule their first appointment
• Print and mail a welcome letter and new patient packet to each new patient
• Assist patients with questions or refer questions to appropriate person in the office
• Perform a post review of previous months reports to contact patients who have not scheduled an appointment yet
• Perform other duties as assigned
