Intern - Ticket Sales

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aid sales staff with the setup and execution of special events such as the Amateur Baseball Program, Theme Night Distribution, Concert wrist banding, and Season Seat Member Experiences.
• Fulfill ticket orders using Pro Venue ticketing platform.
• Monitor and update group sales inventory database for All-Inclusive Areas and Suites on a regular basis.
• Facilitate pregame custom tailgates on game days by greeting and escorting early entry vehicles to their custom tailgate spaces and troubleshooting any issues.
• Act as a customer service representative in group sales All-Inclusive areas on game days, ensuring spaces are properly set up and obtaining any feedback throughout the game, and working with Ticket Sales staff to resolve issues or fulfill requests.
• Provide other administrative support for the Ticket Sales Department.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of experience in customer service.
• The ability to organize and analyze data.
• Effective communication and the ability to relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• A valid driver's license and MBBC satisfactory driving record.

Pay

In-person internship beginning in October and going through the following season.

Internship is in person at the ballpark.
