Intern, Ticket Sales
About the Role
The Intern, Ticket Sales will assist the Senators Ticket Sales team with game-day and sales operations, offering a behind-the-scenes look at a professional baseball team while providing hands-on experience in ticket sales, client services, event management, and ticket operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ticket sales support, including box office transactions, ticket distribution, answering inbound calls, and supporting outreach to local businesses.
- Assist with servicing group outings and hospitality spaces, ticket office needs, and other fan-facing game-day operations.
- Support the execution of fan experiences, including Team of Dreams, High Five Tunnel, pregame performances, and national anthem groups.
- Help manage the Season Ticket Exchange Program and Ballpark Pass inventory.
- Attend community events, stadium events, and team meetings as needed.
- Deliver strong customer service and support the Ticket Sales team with additional duties as assigned to contribute to a successful season.
