Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to ensure quality outcomes. Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Contributes to developing and implementing the plan of care.Participates in evaluating the patient's progress.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.Engages in activities to enhance healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned objectives. Qualifications Minimum required: Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 45 days in the Nurse Intern II role post-graduation. Skills include computer literacy; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
