Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to ensure quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to and implements patient care plans.Evaluates care plans and provides patient assistance.Supports healthcare delivery improvement activities.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Graduates from a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure; transition to Nurse Intern II within 45 days of graduation.Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
