Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Offers communication and service to staff, patients, and visitors, performing additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients following a registered nurse’s guidance.Contributes to developing care plans under RN supervision.Implements and evaluates care plans as directed by the RN.Supports nursing staff with patient care and assistance.Participates in activities to improve healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals. Qualifications Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; must remain in the role no longer than 45 days post-graduation. Preferred qualifications include relevant education, training, computer literacy, BLS certification within 14 days of hire, and other skills as specified.
