About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Responsible for service functions, communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to developing and implementing care plans.
• Evaluates patient progress and outcomes.
• Supports patient care and assists nursing staff.
• Participates in activities to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure (max 45 days in this role).

Skills

• Computer literacy.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
