About the role

Provides technical assistance under the guidance of a registered nurse to a designated group of patients, supporting quality patient outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs assigned duties to enhance healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN supervision.
• Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Participates in evaluating and improving the care process.
• Provides direct patient care and supports nursing staff.
• Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare services.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 45 days in the Nurse Intern II role.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
