About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated group of patients, supporting quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to and implements a plan of care with RN oversight.
• Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care accordingly.
• Assists nursing staff in delivering patient care.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Engages in ongoing educational activities to enhance clinical knowledge.
• Completes assigned goals effectively.

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure.
• Computer literacy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 14 days of hire.
