About the role

Provides technical support under the supervision of a registered nurse to a specific group of patients, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Facilitates communication among staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.
• Contributes to developing and implementing a plan of care.
• Implements and evaluates the care plan under supervision.
• Assists nursing staff with patient care activities.
• Engages in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge through participation in educational activities.
• Completes assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
