Role Overview Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans.Executes and evaluates care plans in collaboration with nursing staff.Assists in patient care activities and supports nursing personnel.Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.Completes assigned objectives effectively. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; must secure BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Computer literacy is required.
