Role Overview Provides technical nursing assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a designated patient group, supporting quality outcomes and effective communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs patient assessments, contributes to care planning, implements, and evaluates care plans, and assists nursing staff with patient care tasks. Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery and enhances clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education. Qualifications & Skills Graduates from a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
