About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality care. Engages in communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance.
• Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Participates in evaluating care plans.
• Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.
• Engages in activities to improve healthcare delivery.
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge.
• Participates in ongoing educational activities.
• Completes assigned goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Computer literacy required.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
