About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under the guidance of a registered nurse.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Supports patient care and assists nursing staff as directed.
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.
• Enhances clinical leadership knowledge through ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
