Role Overview Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to support patient care and achieve quality outcomes. Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests, performing additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assesses patients and contributes to developing and implementing individualized care plans under RN guidance.Participates in evaluating care plans and provides direct patient care and support to nursing staff.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery and enhances clinical leadership knowledge.Completes assigned goals and participates in ongoing educational activities. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role post-graduation.Proficient in computer literacy.Minimum requirement: BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
