Job Summary Provides technical assistance to a patient group under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality patient outcomes. Handles service functions and communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients and contributes to developing and implementing care plans under RN guidance.Implements and evaluates care plans in collaboration with registered nurses.Provides patient care and assists nursing staff as directed.Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and enhances clinical leadership knowledge.Engages in ongoing educational activities and achieves assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program, pending licensure, with a maximum of 90 days as a Nurse Intern II.Must be computer literate.BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
