About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality patient outcomes, communication, and service functions for staff, patients, and guests. Performs patient assessments, contributes to and implements care plans, and evaluates patient progress under nurse guidance. Supports nursing staff with patient care and participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery. Engages in ongoing educational activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Completes assigned goals to ensure effective patient support and care quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure (within 90 days of graduation)
• Computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire

Responsibilities
