About the role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality patient outcomes. Communicates effectively with staff, patients, and guests, performing various service functions. Handles additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance
• Assists in developing and implementing care plans
• Evaluates patient progress and outcomes
• Supports patient care and assists nursing staff

Qualifications

Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in this role post-graduation.

• Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire
