Intern Nurse II - Emergency Department

Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans.Participates in evaluating the effectiveness of care plans.Supports patient care delivery and assists nursing staff.Engages in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and participates in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals. Qualifications Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Basic computer literacy.BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
