About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific patient group to support quality outcomes. Engages in service functions and effective communication with staff, patients, and guests. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance
• Contributes to developing and implementing care plans
• Implements and evaluates care plans
• Supports patient care and assists nursing staff
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge
• Engages in ongoing educational activities
• Completes assigned goals

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure (max 90 days in role)
• Computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
