Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a specific group of patients, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Responsible for patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation under nurse guidance. Facilitates communication among staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients and helps develop and implement care plans.Provides patient care and supports nursing staff.Participates in activities to improve healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program, pending licensure.Computer literacy required.BLS certification within 14 days of hire preferred.
