Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality outcomes. Responsible for communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs various duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under a registered nurse’s guidance.Contributes to developing and implementing patient care plans.Implements and evaluates care plans under supervision.Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff.Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure; must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Computer literacy required.
