Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and visitors, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Assists in developing and implementing care plans.Participates in evaluating patient care and outcomes.Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks.Engages in activities to improve healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge.Participates in ongoing educational activities.Completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure (not exceeding 90 days).Computer literacy.BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
