Intern Nurse II

About the Role

Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to support quality care outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients under RN guidance
• Contributes to and implements care plans
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care plans
• Assists with patient care and supports nursing staff
• Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery
• Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education
• Completes assigned goals

Requirements

• Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the role
• Computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
