Intern Nurse II

Job Summary Provides technical assistance to a defined group of patients under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality patient outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to and implements the plan of care.Evaluates patient progress within the care plan.Provides patient care and assists nursing staff.Participates in activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications Graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Computer literacy is required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire is preferred.
