Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a designated group of patients to support quality outcomes. Ensures effective communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans.Delivers patient care and supports nursing staff as directed.Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge.Engages in ongoing educational activities.Completes assigned goals efficiently. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program, pending licensure, with a maximum of 90 days in the Nurse Intern II role.Computer literacy required; advanced skills preferred.Must obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
