Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. About the role

Participate in a meaningful educational experience for Fall 2026, including measurable, productive, and relevant activities within the food & beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Complete tasks and responsibilities that benefit the organization and its guests.
• Communicate questions, observations, and needs with the site supervisor and other professionals to enhance the learning experience.
• Complete the agreed-upon "contract hours" required by the J & W Student Employee program.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Discuss goals, objectives, and project topics (if applicable) and receive two performance appraisals.
• Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values: Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion, and Dedication.
• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Show a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be able to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, taste, or smell for extended periods.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Requires close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Work Environment

• May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including secondhand smoke and excessive noise.
• The casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy.
