About the role
This is a hands-on, variety-packed role for a Fall Business & Administration Intern. Several team members are out on maternity leave, creating an opportunity for broad exposure to how a business operates.
Responsibilities
- General administrative support (answering the showroom, scheduling, assist with recruiting, general correspondence)
- Assisting with customer service and communications
- Helping organize and maintain office/business records
- Serving as a resource for various departments as needs shift week to week
- Learning the operational basics that keep a business running smoothly
- Completing special projects and tasks as they arise
Requirements
- Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable jumping between different types of tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)
- No prior experience required — just a great attitude and willingness to pitch in
