Business & Administration Intern

About the role

This is a hands-on, variety-packed role for a Fall Business & Administration Intern. Several team members are out on maternity leave, creating an opportunity for a motivated individual to gain broad exposure to how a business operates.

Responsibilities

• General administrative support (answering the showroom, scheduling, assist with recruiting, general correspondence)
• Assisting with customer service and communications
• Helping organize and maintain office/business records
• Serving as a resource for various departments as needs shift week to week
• Learning the operational basics that keep a business running smoothly
• Participating in special projects and tasks as they arise

Requirements

• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable jumping between different types of tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Suite)

Qualifications

No prior experience required — just a great attitude and willingness to pitch in.
