About the role
The Business Management Intern will assist our team in the day-to-day operations of the business, helping to streamline processes and support the management team.
Responsibilities
- Aid in project management tasks, including scheduling and tracking project progress
- Coordinate communications between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct market research and assist with business development efforts
- Track timelines and deliverables
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Collaborate with other departments (finance, HR, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify areas for efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in the construction industry and business operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude

Pay
